Guiding you through the process
Here you can find some helpful information to support you to complete the online job application form when applying for a role with CWP.
Your application form plays an important role in the recruitment process and a great application makes a great first impression, helping you to stand out against other applicants and increase your chances of being invited to interview.
If your application is shortlisted, you will be invited to attend an interview with us. This might take place in person, or it might be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. If we are recruiting to a number of similar roles, you may be invited to attend a recruitment event with a group of candidates, instead of a one-to-one interview.
You can find out more about our interview process and recruitment events, and what to expect from these, in the link below.
Accepting a job offer
Following your interview, you will normally be contacted by the recruiting manager to let you know the outcome and give you any necessary feedback. This will be done as soon as possible after the final interview has taken place.
