Our culture
CWP is proud to be the only mental and community health services trust in the North West to
be rated Outstanding for Caring overall by the CQC.
We are also incredibly proud that CWP scores the highest in the North West for mental health, learning disability and community trusts for staff being happy with the standard of care if a friend or relative needed treatment, according the 2021 NHS Staff Survey.
We also rank the highest in the North West (when looking at comparable mental health, learning disability and community trusts) for staff recommending CWP as a place to work.
But don't just take our word for it -

Our values
To help us deliver our vision of ‘working in partnership to improve health and wellbeing by providing high-quality, person-centred care’, we have a number of values that are very important to us. These values are called the 6 Cs and they reflect the way that we do things at CWP.
The 6 Cs are:
Care
Compassion
Competence
Communication
Courage
Commitment
Our Trust vision sets out our aspiration to achieve sustainable, person-centred care in a safe and quality focused way.
We aim to recruit people who can clearly demonstrate they share our values and will embrace them in their working life.
